Borrower Information

The Housing Division services Down Payment Assistance loans originated under our Down Payment and Closing Cost Loan Program.  For general loan inquiries, please contact our office at 1-702-486-7220, ext. 225 or by e-mail at ncromwell@housing.nv.gov.  Payoff requests from 3rd parties such as title companies, mortgage companies, etc. must be faxed to the Division at 702-486-7227.  The request must be accompanied by an authorization to release information signed by the Division's borrower.

Federal law requires us to inform you that we are a debt collector.  Any information obtained may be used for that purpose.
