Multi-Family Bond Program Energy and
Weatherization Requirements
These requirements are for new
construction projects only. For acquisition and rehab projects,
contact nhd@nvhousing.state.nv.us
1. All units will have appliances that are 'Energy Star' rated;
2. All living units will have reversible ceiling fans;
3. All living units will have thermostats that have
programmable double set back features with instructions available to
tenants.
4. All laundry facilities will have appliances that are 'Energy
Star' rated;
5. Ceiling insulation in all living units will have an
"R-value" of not less than:
